Account Analysis can help save you money by offsetting fees and service charges associated with the maintenance of your account balances. Your Account Analysis Statement provides account balances and charges in detail with a concise, logical statement, providing all of the information in an easy-to-understand format.

How it works

  • A running total of services used, called "soft charges", is kept throughout the month instead of being "hard charged" and debited throughout the month;
  • At the end of the month, a client may receive an earnings credit on the average available balance in the account.
  • If the amount of the earnings credit is greater than the soft charge total, no fees are deducted that month.
  • If the amount of the earnings credit is less than the soft charge total, the remaining fees will be deducted from the account balance.


Prevent fraudulent check activity with Positive Pay. Positive Pay provides electronic screening that alerts you about potential check fraud by monitoring your company-issued check activity on a daily basis.

How it works

  1. Upload your Checks Issued file directly to your secure Positive Pay portal.
  2. Access the Positive Pay web site daily to identify potential fraudulent items
  3. You decide whether to pay or decline items that show as Exception Items. Exception items can be dollar amount errors, duplicate check errors or any unidentifiable items that do not match your Checks issued file.


Fees are processed through an Active Business Checking Account on a monthly basis. Pricing and fees are specific to each business client.


ACH Reporting provides relevant information that accompanies ACH transactions so you can easily and efficiently manage your payments. See invoice or purchase order numbers, the names and Social Security numbers of representative payees or details of health insurance claim payments.
