American River Bankshares Resumes Quarterly Cash Dividend at $0.05 Per Share
Sacramento, CA, January 26, 2017 – American River Bankshares (NASDAQ-GS: AMRB) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock in the amount of $0.05 per share, payable on February 22, 2017 to shareholders of record on February 8, 2017.
