American River Bankshares Schedules its First Quarter Conference Call

Sacramento, CA, April 4, 2008 – American River Bankshares (NASDAQ-GS: AMRB) today announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss first quarter 2008 financial results.
